Payment /Shipping Options
All products purchased through our website are shipped Free of Charge via DHL Next Day. (If ordered before 15:30)
Our products are dispatched in plain discreet packaging with no company markings whatsoever. Ensuring a discreet service is achieved.
We do not include any paperwork identifying the use of any product that you have purchased, this is sent via email directly to you.
We are happy to divert deliveries to family, friends if required. Just ask.

We understand that some of our customers would like to purchase items anonymously. We like to believe that we achieve this for our customers.
The majority of customers pay via a Credit / Debit Card – your statements will show transactions as a payment made to MH Mech Ltd. (Our holding company) and will ensure that only you know who you have made this payment to.
The 1st Surveillance website operates a Secure, 128 bit Encrypted payment portal to process all card payments, this portal is managed by payment processor Square.
Once you have completed the order form on our website your web browser will be redirected through to the Square payment portal. Once your card details have been entered and verified by your bank you will receive your confirmation via e-mail.
1st Surveillance have recently entered into the 3D Secure scheme for payments processed through our website.
If you wish to pay for our services for surveillance, cheating partner investigations or any service outside of our DIY products you will have been given payment options during the onboarding and quoting process.
If you do not wish to pay by credit or debit card, we also offer a select range of alternative payment methods as stated below:
- Bacs (Electronic Money Transfer)
- Direct Money Payment (Pay Into Our Account, Drop us a message and we will assist you with this)
- Payment directly by cheque or cash to one of our field surveillance operatives (Please contact us to arrange this)
If in any doubt, drop us a message and we will assist you in whichever method suits you.
If you decide to use an alternative payment method please ensure that you make a note of the correct price (including VAT and shipping) and your order number to use as reference to the payment. The best way to do this is to place the order as normal, making sure to select (Bank Transfer). Then contact us to confirm when you will be making the payment, etc. Failure to do this may result in a delay to your order.
When registering on the website to purchase an item please ensure that the registration address given matches the billing address for your payment card or Bank Payment. If you are unsure at any point please contact your bank to confirm the correct billing address. Failure to give the correct billing address may delay the processing of your order because we may then need to contact you for further information.
